TORIMOTO Glass Studio

My wife and I once studied as apprentices under Mr. Naoya Arakawa’s in his Seikosha Glass Studio.
As my wife focuses on parenting, for the moment, it is l( Yusuke Torimoto ) who creates glass wares. Using
my own artworks and pursuing further progress every day, I hope that our work can touch a corner of your heart when you use them in your daily life.

OMURA TUYOSI

The metallic texture is a major feature of my work. When designing tea ware, a great deal of attention is also given to its shape.
From tea wares, coffee utensils to table wares, I value simple designs and rustic aesthetics.
To be more precise, I am not only influenced by the German “Bauhaus" style; my inspiration comes from Japanese post-war product design influenced by Bauhaus.
